BOOKING POLICY

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required and must be paid in advance.
Your appointment request will remain pending until the deposit has been received, and appointments cannot be approved or secured without payment.
The deposit secures your treatment booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment. Once your deposit has been paid, you will receive a booking confirmation.
Deposit Fees
• £25 for treatments up to £80
• £50 for treatments up to £200
• £100 for treatments up to £400
• 40% deposit for treatments over £400

Rescheduling & Cancellations
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Please note that cancellations made at short notice or failure to provide the required notice period will incur a £25 clinic charge.
